Returns 

We hope you adore your item or items as much as we do! Our belief in every item we sell stems from the intentional curation of our collections. If, however, you find yourself not delighted with your purchase, please be assured that we offer complimentary return shipping.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please make sure before you request any kind of return request that your item meets the above requirements. 


If you meet the above requirements, we’ll send you a free return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you happily get what the item you wish for, is to return the item you have by starting your exchange process HERE, and once the exchange is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Damages and lost packages

Once items are shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the buyer. If a product is damaged in transit or misplaced, it is the buyer's responsibility to communicate with the shipping carrier. We do not assume responsibility for lost packages. It is the customer's responsibility to contact the shipping carrier for assistance.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
